In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives. Cricket Sweaters are all handmade to order (7-10 business days).

Deliveries are made from 8am until 6pm and will equire a signature, so you may wish to provide a delivery address where someone is available to sign. If you are not at home, the carrier will try a neighboring address or leave a calling card.

Deliveries are not made on National Holidays.

Returns

In the event that an item arrives with you and you are not entirely happy, please contact us immediately so we can arrange to send you a replacement or an alternative product.

You are required to contact us and return any unwanted items within 14 days of delivery if you require a full refund.
