Princess of Wales's Royal Regiment

The Princess of Wales Royal Regiment was formed from the amalgamation of many older regiments, one of which held the oldest battle honour in the British Army (from Tangier in 1662). It is the most highly decorated regiment in the British Army and one of only two to have a foreign monarch, HM the Queen of Denmark, as its Colonel-in-Chief.
