Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit card or debit card payment. We accept the following credit and debit cards: American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Switch.

In order to keep postage costs down to a minimum we have three rates. For UK shipping, all products carry a shipping cost of $8.00 except cushions, china and doorstops. For Europe shipping, all products carry a shipping cost of $14.00 except cushions, china and doorstops. For USA shipping and rest of the world, all products carry a shipping cost of $18.00 except cushions, china and doorstops. All prices shown are VAT inclusive. For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is applicable.

We will endeavour to deliver your order to you in five business days (UK mainland) bespoke items will take longer and we will advise you of an approximate delivery date. International orders will generally take several days longer.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

All prices shown are VAT inclusive. For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is applicable.

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using in-built 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer and not held in clear text on any web site.

If you are not entirely satisfied with any item, please return within 10 days and a full refund will be given. The items are your responsibility until they reach us and a recorded postal service is recommended. Please note that colours shown in the web site may vary slightly from the actual clothing.
